MMTLP quite possibly is the sadist most pathetic group of meme stock bagholders. I really do though hope they find a single brain cell and figure out that the people to be angry at are really Meta Materials and Brda, but I'm not exactly holding my breath waiting for that moment.
Excellent in depth explanation. One thing that bothers me about the whole faces of MMTLP “movement” is the people who were “robbed” were planning to fleece other suckers by selling them an empty shell (just wrong) OR perhaps they were going to get rich by screwing evil hedgies in a MOASS. Either way, they weren’t investing but planning to “win” by screwing someone else over.
Why did Jeff Mendl of OTC markets say on live TV that it was trading through the 12th, why did brokers send out notices saying the same, why did Dave Lauer eventually realize FINRA was wrong about the dates as well and demand transparency from FINRA? Why did FINRA change the corp. action from cancelled to deleted? You're excluding a lot of short positions from TRCH (the most heavily shorted stock on the market at the time). Why hasn't FINRA sought out defamation claims from the MMTLP community if they were so correct in their actions? (hint, they knew they were wrong, very wrong, that's also why dozens of high level employees have left since the halt, many clearance and settlement rules have been changing since then as well). We can agree to disagree on most of these points. It took you a really long time to put this out, months. Most won't see it because you've been blocked by the entire community. The way I see it only 3 resolutions to this, 1) Judge orders bluesheets 2) Congressional order 3) AST overload. Then and only then will we know who really was regarded here and who was full of it.
